DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Most of our pieces are handmade to order, lead times can be found on each product page. For remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands or the Outer Hebrides, the delivery time frames shown online will be extended by a minimum of 10 working days. Once your order is ready for delivery, our delivery partner will be in touch to arrange a convenient date. Delivery rates vary by size and location.

We offer a white glove delivery service to most locations. In the event that we are unable to provide a white glove delivery service, our team will contact you to offer alternative options such as a boxed delivery.

If you are a member of our Trade programme, standard delivery rates apply.

To ensure a smooth delivery:

It is your responsibility to ensure your items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, and lifts. We offer guidance in the Will it Fit section on relevant product pages, please contact your closest gallery for further assistance if you have any concerns. If delivery is not to a ground floor, please contact us prior to purchasing oversized, heavy, or fragile items, as additional delivery support (at a surcharge) may be required, and in rare instances, delivery may not be possible.

What to expect on the day:

On the day of delivery, you'll receive a call from our team when they are one hour away. As part of our white glove delivery service, we'll carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in a room of your choice, and assemble it for you. We will also ensure all packing materials are removed and recycled where possible. We are unable to install mirrors, artwork, or any electrical items including lighting.

RETURNS

We take enormous pride in the quality of our handcraftsmanship and authenticity of our materials, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you have ordered an item marked as 'In Stock', and you wish to return your item, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery by contacting the gallery you purchased from, or by emailing [email protected] if your purchase was made online. You will be responsible for the cost to return the item to us, and all in-stock items carry a 30% restocking fee.

Any items made to order (not marked as 'In Stock') are not eligible for returns. For more information on our Returns policy please see section 4.10 of our Terms & Conditions.

If you are returning your item due to a fault, you must inform us within 5 days of delivery.
